Annual Awards Banquet Award
The Alliance for New Jersey Environmental Education (ANJEE) is pleased to announce the three winners of ANJEE's 2008 Excellence in Environmental Education awards. They are:

EE- Formal Sector - Individual
John D. Moore, Teacher and researcher at Burlington County Institute of Technology

EE-Nonformal Sector- Works with Schools
Sue Ann Slotterback, NJ Audubon Society Nature Center of Cape May

Patricia F. Kane Lifetime Achievement Award
Dr. V. Eugene Vivian (1915-2008), Glassboro State College, and Executive Director and Founder of the Conservation and Environmental Studies Center at Whitesbog Village.

The outstanding work of these recipients and leaders in the field of environmental education (as well as the EE legacy of Dr. Vivian) will be honored among fellow educators, family and friends, at ANJEE's annual awards banquet, to be held on Friday evening, January 30, 2009.
